Unable to purchase

So, I have downloaded this app. Then I get the worlds most ugly interface which offers me to buy this app for 3,99 EUR, saying that the "Original price“ is about 25 EUR. Ridiculus, who pays 25 bucks for this kind of app, but 4 EUR is ok I think, and press „Purchase now“.

Unfortunately the american app store seems to be hardcoded into the stupid program, and so I cannot purchase, because my account is from Germany. So no viewer for me, no money for the stupid developer.

If the rest of this app is equally bad I’m happy I did not buy this. I didn’t test, I just deleted instantly.
